ARTS FESTIVAL
November 13 & 14, 10:00-4:00pm
This year the festival will be a two-day event November 13 & 14, from 10:00 am-4:00 pm daily. The WCA wil host a special reception for participating artists Saturday evening November 13.

Continuing the 40 plus year tradition of bringing to the community a high-quality diverse festival, this year will once again represent some of the finest artists in the Midwest.
